Wedding Paintings

Process and FAQs

Live wedding paintings are a unique works of art that capture the intimate moments and intricate details of your special day. They are beautiful heirlooms that you will cherish for a lifetime.

The Process

BEFORE YOUR WEDDING DAY

  • Fill out the contact form to inquire about date availability, scheduling a design consultation, or any other questions you may have. I will respond within 2-3 business days so we can chat about details and specific requests!

  • Sign the artist contract and secure your date with a deposit.

  • Schedule a final consultation to discuss the details of your day and your vision for the painting! We’ll consider what moment you would like painted, which details you want emphasized, and your final vision for the piece!

YOUR WEDDING DAY

  • I arrive 2 hours before the ceremony to set up and prepare for painting. This includes taking reference photos of the moment you want captured.

  • The live painting process usually lasts between 3-6 hours. By the end of the night, you’ll see a nearly complete painting.

  • I take the painting back to my studio for refinements and final details. Approximately 4-6 weeks after the wedding is when you’ll receive your final, completed work of art.
